Currently, we are looking for an ambitious  Regional Sales Manager  to join our growing USA Sales team. In this position you will work with our networking devices portfolio and help to build and develop a new sales team based in  Los Angeles, CA. Teltonika’s  networking solutions business   unit  develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. In this role you will: Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base Direct and manage the performance and development of your team Actively participate in hiring processes of new members to the team Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales specialists fill the systems correctly Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth Ensure order tracking and correction Coordinate technical inquiries and logistics process What we expect of you: 2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B) Experience in building and motivating sales team Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently What we offer: Benefits: Company-funded health insurance; 401(k); 3 weeks of paid vacation; 6 sick days + day off on your birthday Work Environment: Multicultural and diverse environment that values knowledge sharing and collaboration, with a supportive and positive team culture Knowledge Growth: Internal sessions for knowledge sharing to support continuous professional growth Working Hours: Standard working hours; summer hours (short days on Fridays) during June and July Salary: Base salary depending on experience + uncapped commissions.
