Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry  In this role, you will:  Work with various Teltonika Telematics manufactured GNSS tracking devices that embed technologies such as Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485 and 1-Wire  Propose different ways on how to incorporate our devices for various use cases  Be responsible for arranging technical tasks for custom development projects and coordinating solution release to clients  Troubleshoot, provide assistance, and consult clients via a dedicated ticketing system or online meetings/chats if they are needed  Communicate with global international corporations that provide car sharing, rental, fleet management solutions and various other companies from different vehicle telematics fields  Cooperate with RnD, quality assurance and project management teams to ensure the maintenance of the projects and that solutions reach the clients on time  Have an opportunity to go on business trips to visit clients and help them directly implement Teltonika devices into their business use-cases  Guide colleagues and customers by preparing wiki documentation or training  What we expect of you:  Telecommunications, electronics, informatics, engineering education or previous work experience in technical or engineering fields  Passion for providing help to others, caring, willing to grow and enrich your technological know-how  Great communication skills, are capable of fluently speaking and writing in English (proficiency in other languages will be considered as an advantage)  Analytical and creative thinking and mindset for problem-solving and troubleshooting   Understanding or basic knowledge of telecommunication technologies (2G, GPRS, 3G, 4G), CANbus, BLE  Knowledge or work experience working with ticketing-based platforms (Jira, GitLab, OpenProject, ServiceDesk) (this will be considered as an advantage)  Experience in customer service (this will be considered as an advantage)  What we offer:  Competitive base salary depending on experience  Work type: Hybrid (at least 3 days from office); Office location: 5000 Riverside Dr., Irving, TX, 75039  Training: onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, Sales process, product related topics  Career: opportunities to increase your seniority level in the role, or become a Team Lead in the long-term  Benefits: Company funded health insurance; 401k; 3 weeks of Paid Vacation; 6 Sick days + day off on your Birthday  Work Environment: Multicultural and diverse environment which highly values knowledge and exchange of ideas, supportive and positive attitude in the team  ••• Teltonika is a well-established, internationally operating group of companies with extensive experience in the design and production of high-quality Internet of Things devices.
