Job Responsibilities Identify, prospect and close deals with distribution partners and insurance companies in line with Igloos commercial and product strategy Be comfortable in managing both new economy and legacy distribution channels for product distribution Take charge on the internal stakeholder management especially with product, compliance and legal team in ensuring seamless onboarding of distribution and insurance partners Ensure consistent increase in MRR and NDR from existing customers Be the source of country intelligence in terms of consumption trends that would enable Igloo to create the right portfolio of products and services for the country Bachelor's degree or above in any related fields (Insurance, IT, Technology, Finance or Banking) ​​Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Result-oriented, can operate within a fast-paced environment Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Ability to manage and influence in a matrix organization (cross-functional) with multiple stakeholders and levels of alignment including senior business leaders Strong analytical, communication, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure Experience in Agile product development and teams (Confluence and Jira); a strong plus Any of the following would be a strong plus for the candidates who apply: Ability to speak Thai, English and/or Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.  Understanding of software technology industry Technical knowledge of the fintech/insurtech industry Experience in a start-up or fast-growth environment
