Your Key Responsibilities Lead and Develop: You will recruit, train, and coach the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams. Conversion Strategy: You will design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of ≥ 25%. Process Optimization: You will refine sales scripts and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce contract execution times.
