About the Role: The Manager, Global Deal Review is a senior commercial leader responsible for overseeing multi‑regional Falcon Flex deal structuring and execution. This role partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure deals are commercially sound, compliant, and executed efficiently, supporting the scalable growth of the Falcon Flex program. This position leads a team of deal review consultants and provide oversight across the full Falcon Flex deal lifecycle, from strategy, execution, onboarding, activation, expansion, to renewal. The role emphasizes strong governance, consistent global standards, and effective decision making. This is a remote opportunity that will be based in CA What You’ll Do: Deal Strategy & Advisory Serve as the senior escalation point for non‑standard and high‑value Falcon Flex deals Provide guidance on pricing, discounting, contract terms, and financial trade‑offs Advise sales leadership on deal economics, risk exposure, and commercial strategy Governance, Compliance & Risk Ensure Flacon Flex deal compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, order management requirements, and legal obligations Own and enforce global deal review governance, approvals, and documentation standards Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and contractual risks Cross‑Functional Leadership Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations for deal escalations Drive alignment on Falcon Flex deal structures, approval paths, and execution readiness Communicate deal recommendations and risks to senior and executive stakeholders People Leadership Manage, mentor and develop a team of regional deal review consultants Set clear performance expectations and build deep expertise in Falcon Flex deal structuring and policy interpretation Scale best practices and ensure consistent execution across regions Operational Excellence Optimize global deal review processes to improve efficiency and sales velocity Define and track KPIs related to cycle time, compliance, and deal quality Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT to enhance tooling, automation, and CPQ capabilities What You’ll Need: 8+ years of relevant experience in deal desk, sales operations, or pricing, with 2+ years in a leadership role Advanced proficiency with CRM systems/Salesforce and quote-to-cash process Strong knowledge of opportunity and contract management, revenue recognition, pricing strategy, and ARR and P&L fundamentals Exceptional communication and executive level presentation skills Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, cross functional environment Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills Detail oriented with the ability to perform under pressure Confident, low ego leader capable of influencing and developing high performing teams #LI-MB2 #LI-Remote Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Market leader in compensation and equity awards Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs  Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge   Paid parental and adoption leaves Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections Vibrant office culture with world class amenities Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $130,000 - $200,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
