Position Summary Internship Purpose We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Platform Operations Intern to join our E-Commerce Team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the management and optimization of Samsung e-commerce platform, supporting key operational processes to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. Role and Responsibilities Support the daily operations of the Samsung e-commerce platform; Operate e-Commerce back office system and provide first point of contact user support ensuring a high level of service and communication; Monitoring, managing and updating e-Commerce order status and analyzes error messages to determine source of problem and/or identify appropriate referral; Monitor payments flows, and system integrations to ensure smooth transactions; Collaborate with Customer Experience team in identifying and resolving customer queries and project roadblocks; Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user journey and customer experience. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary; Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and coordinating with technical teams when needed; Support promotional campaigns and special sales events. Skills and Qualifications What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Bachelor’s Degree required, technical is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interest in e-commerce operations and digital platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus. Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills; SAP knowledge is a plus; Independent, structured and accurate way of working; Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation; Starting Month: MAY 2026 What We Offer 6-month internship, with the possibility to extend by an additional 6 months to consolidate competences and experience gained.
