Job Description: Job Title: Operations Analyst Location: Pune, India Corporate Title: NCT Role Description The Process Executive will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. You need to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. You should ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified.
