How you will contribute You will: Deliver targets (sell out) & KPI, SDO & Perfect Store Activation: • Accountable for delivering area revenue and volume targets  by ensuring deployment of sales plan as aligned with Regional  Sales Manager • Responsible for setting area priorities & Cascade business  targets to sales force to deliver high quality coverage & in  store execution • Identify business opportunities & manage Customer  feedbacks Distributor Management • Build excellent relationships with the distributor in the  managed area  • Align with distributors about their resources for Mondelez  business • Consult distributors about business management to maximize  profit • Manage company's assets in territory  Planning strategy and project management:  • Plan and recommend appropriate resources, trade plan to  effectively deliver on agreed plans. • Create area strategies and plans that link to regional plan to  achieve set targets.  • Implement area plans to execute against strategies • Lead area project related to the daily operation improvement People Management and Development: • Sustain a winning team through strong recruitment, training,  coaching and mentoring programs and retain talent.  • Actively deliver effective training to improve selling and  merchandising capabilities for the sales force.  • Recognize strong performers in the team through reward and  constructive feedback • Ensure the Sales team acts with the highest degree of integrity,  and 100% compliance to Corporate Compliance & Integrity  Policies and Procedures to optimize integrity.  Feedback and Reporting: • Daily/weekly report • Feedback about trade promotion/ market intelligence What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Considerable knowledge of market and routes-to-market in which Mondelēz International performs Experience in sales and managing a team of salespeople Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and interacting skills Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes Perseverance and attention to detail More about this role What you need to know about this position: The Area Sales Manager will report to Regional Sales Manager (Mekong Region) to lead Mekong 3 (Can Tho, Kien Giang, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau) with a big team of Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives to accelerate sales of distribution.
