Cultivate High-Performing Talent: Inspire, recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent, building a robust leadership pipeline for critical positions within your function. Forge Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture powerful collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Supply Chain teams) and external partners (customers, third-party providers) to ensure seamless execution and shared goal attainment. Leverage Integrated Business Planning: Drive business goal achievement through the strategic and effective utilization of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Define Operational Gold Standards: Establish and enforce world-class logistics service operational guidelines, parameters, and service level agreements for all local third-party providers. Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead the charge for process and performance excellence, continuously identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization across all CS&L domains – from demand & supply planning to order-to-cash. Drive Integration & Agility: Spearhead the master plan for integration, fostering enhanced organizational agility and seamless operational execution. Innovate Supply Chain Solutions: Define and implement a sophisticated portfolio segmentation strategy to deliver differentiated and tailored supply chain solutions that precisely meet diverse channel and customer demands.
