Under supervision you conduct experiments, complete assigned projects or offer functional services. Using your fundamental understanding of data collection, you will assess for compliance and take corrective measures when necessary. You may also assist in interpreting data and writing technical reports. You are regarded as a technological resource in your technical area. How you will contribute You will prepare samples and materials for descriptive, discrimination, consumer groups, and product testing and manage those samples and generate accurate data. In addition, you will ensure the efficient and safe running of the consumer science laboratory, including maintenance of the quality system and compliance to food safety and health and safety operating procedures and help prepare test designs, online questionnaires and performance graphs for descriptive analysis. You will help with the screening and recruitment of panelists for discrimination and descriptive panels and may assist in running routine language review sessions and prepare data collection files for descriptive analysis.
