What You’ll Do Strategy, Leadership & Future Talent Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on early talent strategy and workforce planning Define and lead India’s university hiring and early careers strategy aligned to business priorities Shape Adobe India’s approach to AI-native and future-ready talent, reimagining hiring and development for an evolving skills landscape . Focus on building practical GenAI/AI literacy into campus partnerships/pr og rams Act as the voice of the student ecosystem, bringing outside-in insights from campuses to inform Adobe’s future product thinkin g Hiring, Talent Pipelines & Governance (Interns, Graduates & Apprentices) Partner with business leaders , HRBP’s , Total Rewards & Global Teams on headcount planning, demand forecasting, and campus strategy .
