Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: N/A Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: N/A Experience REQUIRED: Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a progressive clinical supervisory role that required operational expertise 7-10 years experience in a hospital or clinic setting related to operations or clinical workflows to include: Previous work experience with regulatory compliance standards and accrediting agency requirements. Previous work experience with department/hospital revenue cycle functions. Previous extensive work experience with computer systems including Windows, Excel and specific department computer/hospital systems. Proven excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Experience PREFERRED: Project management, lean experience is a plus Education/training REQUIRED: High school diploma/GED Education/training PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare, Administration or Nursing from accredited program. RN licensure highly preferred. Independent action(s) required: Ensure all program components support accreditation and other state and local codes, policies and procedures. In conjunction with ambulatory leadership develops and maintains scheduling protocols and template management policies. Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable): Provides supervision of the managers, staff, and teams assigned to him/her. Functions as a member of the management team who participates in the overall decision-making for ambulatory operations.
