Strong foundation in commercial performance management, analytics, CRM / digital enablement, and financial insight . Proven ability to operate effectively across cultures, markets, and complex organizational structures . Strategic, analytical, and impact‑oriented leadership style, with the credibility to drive change and alignment at scale. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable executive‑level insights . Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
