About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team: You will join the Market Intelligence Financial Institutions sales team in the UK, partnering closely with account managers, product specialists, and customer success to support Investment Banking and Insurance clients. Your ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across teams, and adapt quickly will directly influence pipeline health, product adoption, and long-term client relationships in Investment Banking and Insurance.   Responsibilities: Support the execution of territory and account plans to expand our presence across UK Financial Institutions, with a focus on Investment Banking and Insurance. Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities by researching client priorities, mapping stakeholders, and aligning solutions to defined use cases and workflows. Deliver compelling client engagements (including demos and presentations), adapting your communication style to different audiences and seniority levels. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and day-to-day users, demonstrating emotional intelligence through active listening and a client-first approach. Partner with internal stakeholders (product specialists, sales, and customer support) to coordinate activity, remove blockers, and ensure a high-quality client experience—showing collaboration and supportive "team player" leadership. Maintain accurate CRM records, manage next steps, and deliver on timelines with strong attention to detail and prioritisation. Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulatory developments, applying learning to improve sales plays and client conversations. All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.   Required Qualifications: Experience in financial services industry, with a focus on data and analytics solutions. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Working knowledge of Financial Institutions workflows (Investment Banking and/or Insurance) and the ability to translate client needs into clear solution value. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Clear, confident communication skills—able to participate actively in team discussions and present information in a structured way. Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented; takes initiative to support the team and improve quality while working to timelines. Fluency in English.   Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting sales cycles for market data, analytics, research, SaaS, or datafeed solutions (including demo support, pipeline management, and stakeholder mapping). Additional European languages. Evidence of adaptability and resourcefulness—able to adjust approach when priorities shift and find practical solutions within clear guidelines. Early leadership behaviours (without formal authority): being supportive, taking ownership of actions, and contributing beyond assigned tasks to help the wider team succeed.
