LIM.Optim is an optimization application for the S&OE process (Sales and Operations Execution), is a short-term, tactical process that focuses on the detailed management and control of the supply chain to ensure that the strategic goals laid out in the longer-term Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) are met on a weekly and daily basis. It optimizes the landed cost (minimizing the total transportation cost and production cost of the supply chain). It acts as a critical link between high-level planning and the day-to-day realities of production, sales, and distribution. As intern  you will have as key mission in the E2E CO2 European Team: To understand the business requirements and the features of the tool.
