Research training suppliers and materials as needed; monitor and order supplies for training and training department Involve in Operations to gain first-hand knowledge and provide support as needed Elevate tasks and decisions to the appropriate person, retain overall accountability; remain supportive and avoid unnecessary interference Be knowledgeable of Hotel information to effectively and confidently answer staff inquiries Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above education At least 3 years’ related experience in similar capacity in a 5-star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment. Experience in training will be considered an advantage Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin Strong PC skills, proficient in MS Office, basic data analysis, video editing and practical use of AI tool Strong in leading and communication skills, with planning and organizing ability. Mature, self-motivated analytical-minded and passionate about helping individuals develop to their full potential.
