What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Serve as a first point of contact by answering and directing emails professionally Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and itineraries Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements Prepare and submit expense reports Create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes Provide general administrative support and assist with routine and moderately complex tasks Interact with internal and external contacts with professionalism and discretion You’ll work under moderate supervision, with the opportunity to use independent judgment and contribute to the smooth operation of the Education team.
