Expected timeframe 15 months contract period. The role will oversee the development of governance, operating structures, vendor management disciplines, and delivery plans, while partnering across internal teams and external providers to ensure a seamless and commercially sound program in support future ambition. We are open to applicants from Melbourne & Sydney . Key Accountabilities Implement the future Facilities & Maintenance operating model. Lead the end-to-end program, including detailed planning, sequencing, dependencies, risks, milestones, and delivery governance. Develop and implement clear RACI frameworks, governance forums, decision rights, and escalation pathways across all workstreams. Establish robust cross-functional governance between internal stakeholders, operational teams, procurement, finance, technology, and vendors Lead the transition planning and mobilisation associated with revised contracts and enhanced vendor management disciplines Lead stakeholder engagement across operational, functional groups , executive team. Identify, track, and support the release of transition benefits associated with revised contracts, vendor arrangements, operating model changes, and technology uplift. Establish KPIs, success measures, governance reporting, and transition scorecards. About you Minimum 10 years+ senior leadership experience Proven facilities and maintenance experience, demonstrated programs of transformation delivery Strong stakeholder and communication skills with experience managing large-scale contracts and budgets Similar industry experience is highly regarded : specifically QSR, Food, Petrol &Convenience retail environments.
