Job Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. Knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2) for deployment and hosting. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions / TeamCity for automated build and deployment processes. Containerization experience with Docker . Preferred: Knowledge of Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools. Experience with serverless architectures . Familiarity with other cloud providers like Azure or GCP. Understanding of security best practices in web applications and APIs. Overall Responsibilities Lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices using .NET and Node.js . Design and implement responsive user interfaces via ReactJS and Next.js , ensuring optimal user experience. Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and DevOps teams to turn requirements into reliable scalable solutions. Conduct architectural planning, code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices. Optimize application performance and scalability, including database and API integrations. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment, monitoring build health and deployment success. Document system architecture, APIs, and workflows for use by engineering and operations teams. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices; recommend improvements and innovative approaches.
