Job Description Analyse potential new markets and assess their viability for entry, helping to identify and define product requirements and specifications. Develop innovative business models that align with the company's strategic goals and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement these products and business models. Identify and support the establishment of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, industry associations, suppliers, and potential clients. Prepare and present detailed reports on market opportunities, business development activities, and project outcomes to senior management. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Being embedded in the regional Sales Team, report and align with the global Power Generation Team and Regional Sales Team. Qualifications & skills Completed technical degree with a focus on energy economics, mechanical or plant engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience within the power generation business (>3 years). Several years of experience in the creation new business models and product management (>5 years) Proactive, accountable, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Proven track record in business target achievement, strategic development, and execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Confident demeanour, presentation competence, and excellent rhetorical skills. High level of analytical and conceptual abilities. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Willingness to travel 20%.
