This role is responsible for delivering operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire) while ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experience across regions.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">While the role supports the organization globally, it requires deep expertise in managing the EMEA hire-to-retire process, including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, payroll coordination, compliance, and resignation/termination processes.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a centralized shared services model, operates independently, manages high volumes of transactions with accuracy, and demonstrates strong knowledge of&nbsp;EMEA employment regulations and practices.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</b><ul> <li>HR Shared Services – Global Support-</li> <li>Serve as a key member of the HR Shared Services team, delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR operational&nbsp;support to employees and managers globally.</li> <li>Ensure standardized, scalable, and compliant HR processes across regions.</li> <li>Provide consistent guidance aligned with company policies and regional employment laws.</li> <li>Partners closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Immigration, IT, and&nbsp;regional stakeholders.</li> <li>Employee Lifecycle Management-</li> <li>Independently process EMEA lifecycle transactions including promotions, transfers, compensation&nbsp;changes, leave administration, and organizational changes.</li> <li>Ensure transactions are compliant with country-specific employment regulations.</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with local labor laws and GDPR requirements.</li> <li>Provide guidance to managers regarding probation periods, working time regulations, statutory leave,&nbsp;and other regional practices.</li> <li>Manage EMEA resignation and termination processes in compliance with country-specific notice&nbsp;periods, statutory requirements, and final settlement obligations.</li> <li>Coordinate final pay calculations, accrued leave payouts, benefits termination, and required&nbsp;documentation.</li> <li>Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate final settlements.</li> <li>Conduct and document exit processes, ensuring compliance and system access removal</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>HRIS &amp;amp; Data Management-</li> <li>Own the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS for Global populations.</li> <li>Process and audit employee data changes across regions to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li> <li>Generate recurring and ad hoc reports supporting global HR operations, Finance, and leadership.</li> <li>Identify trends or data discrepancies and recommend process improvements to enhance operational&nbsp;efficiency across regions.</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>HR Helpdesk &amp;amp; Tier 1–2 Support-</li> <li>Serve as the primary HR contact for employees via Slack and ticketing systems regarding payroll,&nbsp;benefits, policies, and lifecycle changes across the organization</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation of inquiries and resolutions within the HR ticketing system.</li> <li>Escalate complex regulatory or cross-border matters as appropriate.</li> <li>Maintain audit-ready documentation across regions.</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div><p><br></p><b>WHAT YOU BRING</b><ul> <li>5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a global organization.</li> <li>Direct, hands-on experience managing:</li> <li>EMEA new hire onboarding</li> <li>EMEA employee lifecycle transactions</li> <li>EMEA labor laws and employment regulations</li> <li>EMEA resignation and termination processes</li> <li>Experience working with multi-country payroll vendors.</li> <li>Strong understanding of GDPR and regional data privacy requirements.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.</li> <li>Hands on Working in HRIS</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and independent judgment.</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<p style="text-align: justify;">Saviynt is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.&nbsp; All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation,&nbsp;gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.</p>
