Experience with plumbing, HVAC support, electrical, or general mechanical systems preferred. \n REPRESENTATIVE FUNCTIONS OR DUTIES:<ul> <li>Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on building systems and equipment</li> <li>Monitor and maintain utility systems such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical components</li> <li>Follow procedures for the use of tools, equipment, and materials to prevent damage to facilities and systems</li> <li>Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs, system malfunctions, or upgrades</li> <li>Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.</li> <li>Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities</li> <li>Inspect machinery, equipment, and building areas for proper operation and report deficiencies</li> <li>Assist with installation, removal, and relocation of equipment, furniture, or fixtures as needed</li> <li>Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules</li> <li>Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner</li> <li>Support seasonal tasks such as weather-related preparation, snow removal, or outdoor utility checks</li> <li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition</li> </ul> SKILLS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:<ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li> <li>Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available</li> <li>No experience required and on the job training provided</li> <li>No high school diploma, GED or college degree required</li> <li>Customer service or facilities maintenance experience</li> <li>1 year of utility, mechanical, or building maintenance experience</li> </ul> \n<div>$33.68 - $33.68 an hour</div><div> The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
