Together, you’ll create scalable, reliable solutions that directly improve the healthcare experience for millions of members.\n Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Design and build core systems, APIs, and services that power both platform capabilities and member-facing applications.</li> <li>Solve complex integration challenges across diverse healthcare data sources and workflows.</li> <li>Contribute to product development by building features and infrastructure that improve usability, efficiency, and outcomes.</li> <li>Drive technical quality by ensuring systems are reliable, performant, secure, and maintainable.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering peers to align on technical direction and product goals.</li> <li>Own projects end-to-end: scope, build, test, launch, and maintain.</li> <li>Mentor teammates and contribute to engineering culture and best practices.</li> </ul> Qualifications:<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>5+ years of professional software development experience.</li> <li>Strong expertise in at least one modern backend or systems language (e.g., Golang, Python, Java, or Ruby).</li> <li>Experience designing and building APIs, distributed systems, or developer platforms.</li> <li>Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).</li> <li>Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures.</li> <li>Ability to balance technical tradeoffs with product and business impact.</li> <li>Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> \nPay: The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are: Zone A: $149,450 - $211,100 + equity + benefits Zone B: $164,395 - $232,210 + equity + benefits Zone C: $179,340 - $253,320 + equity + benefits Zone D: $194,285 - $274,430 + equity + benefits   This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone.
