This role requires a proactive mindset, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of multiple projects while aligning with broader organizational goals.\n What You Will Do<ul> <li> </li> </ul> <div>Project Management & Delivery:</div> <ul> <li>Lead or support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR-related projects, with a particular focus on IT systems integration, HR tools, and process improvements.</li> <li>Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; ensure timely and efficient delivery of initiatives</li> <li>Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions to ensure minimal impact on project timelines</li> </ul> <div>Stakeholder Management & Communication:</div> <ul> <li>Engage with key stakeholders from HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure effective communication</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and support</li> <li>Provide regular project status updates to leadership, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business priorities</li> </ul> <div>Planning & Analytical Support:</div> <ul> <li>Collaborate with HR leadership to define project scope, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the HR team.</li> <li>Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and workflow assessments to provide actionable insights that drive project decisions.</li> <li>Use Lark Base and other project management tools to maintain project tracking, reporting, and documentation.</li> </ul> <div>Process Improvement & Initiative Ownership:</div> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes and systems, recommending initiatives that improve efficiency and employee experience.</li> <li>Take the initiative to anticipate challenges and proactively address issues or bottlenecks that may hinder project progress.</li> <li>Support the HR team in the evaluation, adoption, and implementation of new technologies or HR solutions.</li> </ul> What You Will Need<ul> <li>Experience: Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in project management, ideally within HR, IT, or a cross-functional environment.</li> <li>Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from team members to senior leadership</li> <li>Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.</li> <li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly and concisely to non-technical and technical audiences.</li> <li>Initiative & Self-Motivation: Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate ownership of projects, and anticipate needs without constant supervision.</li> <li>Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.</li> </ul> <div>Desirable</div> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Workday, Lark, GWS</li> <li>Familiarity with IT systems and project delivery methods within HR (e.g., HRIS integrations, employee data privacy, cloud-based solutions).</li> <li>Certification in Project Management (PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar) is a plus.</li> </ul> \nAbout The Team   Largely an independent role, working with multiple and varied stakeholders.
