With a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. This role will have a strong focus on supporting our Operations and Fleet teams, helping them to analyze data, uncover insights, and make data-driven decisions.\n Job Responsibilities:<ul> <li>1-SQL Database Management:</li> <li>Build and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.</li> <li>Oversee the maintenance of databases and coordinate with data engineers to address any performance issues.</li> <li>Optimizing data performance.</li> <li>Handling all data extraction requests by creating queries on our SQL database.</li> <li>2- Data Extraction and Visualization:</li> <li>Develop and implement efficient data extraction processes from various sources.</li> <li>Create visually appealing and insightful data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.</li> <li>Apply data visualization best practices to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.</li> <li>3- Team Collaboration and Support:</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.</li> <li>Work closely with the Operations and Fleet teams to understand their data needs, analyze operational and fleet data and operations challenges, and provide insights to improve efficiency and decision-making.</li> <li>Partner with the planning/performance team.</li> <li>4- Additional Duties:</li> <li>Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the field of data analytics.</li> <li>Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of data for decision-making at all levels.</li> </ul> Job Requirements:<ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.</li> <li>It's preferred to have tech startup experience.</li> <li>3-5 Years of experience as a Data Analyst.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in SQL database management</li> <li>The ability to use data visualization using tools such as Python, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Python coding for data analytics and automation.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.</li> <li>Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.</li> </ul> \n
