The role focuses on problem-solving, SLA compliance, and maintaining smooth coordination across departments.</p> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Code :</strong></p> <p><span data-sheets-root="1">Incremental 2026OPSC-072</span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Job Responsibilities : </b><ul> <li> <p>Handle and follow up on all Freshdesk tickets related to the hub.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate with CS, AMs, and Operations to resolve client and order issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Track liability and ensure all cases are closed within SLA.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor Aging&nbsp;orders and escalate delays when needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as the main communication point between internal teams and clients.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare short, clear reports on returns, open tickets, and key issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist in coordinating the logistics for special handling items (e.g., hazardous materials, high-value goods).</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure all required documentation for returns (e.g., proof of delivery, inspection reports) is accurately filed and shared with the appropriate stakeholders.</p> </li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Job Qualifications </b><ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>1 to 3 years of experience in communication, logistics, and customer service.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk).</p> </li> <li> <p>&nbsp;Good English and fluent Arabic (verbal and written).</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.</p> </li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n
