Conferencing Ownership</span></b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Own the performance, stability, and readiness of executive meeting spaces including boardrooms, all-hands rooms, and hybrid conferencing environments.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Set up, run, and support&nbsp;</span><b><span style="font-size: 16px;">high-visibility events</span></b><span style="font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;such as board meetings, all-hands, investor presentations, livestreams, and CEO-hosted sessions.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Maintain and troubleshoot AV ecosystems including: Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Q-SYS, Logitech Rally, DSP configurations, microphones, video routing, and signal flows</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Ensure all executive AV systems maintain enterprise-grade reliability, uptime, and quality.</span></p><p><br></p><p><b><span style="font-size: 16px;">Onsite Workplace Technology Support</span></b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Provide onsite support for critical office technologies including network access, workstations, docks, monitors, printers, and workspace technology.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Partner with Workplace Technology and IT Operations to manage escalations and resolve complex support issues.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Collaboration teams to ensure smooth technology operations across executive areas.</span></p><p><b><span style="font-size: 16px;">Remote Technical Support &amp;
