The Legal Administrative Assistant who will provide support to one or more in-house attorneys. This is a highly collaborative position, dedicated to providing high-quality administrative support. Must be flexible and adaptable, with strong communication, computer, organization and writing skills. This role will be supervised by the Assistant General Counsel.\n Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Assist in a variety of day-to-day administrative duties, including tracking legal claims, evidence management, handling requests from internal clients, interfacing with external and internal attorneys, and litigation management software system.</li> <li>Manage electronic files and other internal data, including entering data entry and preparing reports.</li> <li>Manage collection and organization of evidence for claim examination and the legal discovery process.</li> <li>Assist outside counsel with navigating through internal systems and processes.</li> </ul> Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:<ul> <li>3+ years providing administrative support to legal, technical or management/executive teams.</li> <li>Work experience in the finance and/or legal setting is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.</li> <li>Prior legal administrative or executive administrative work experience may be accepted in lieu of associate’s degree.</li> <li>Strong familiarity with and operation of word processing software and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.</li> <li>Ability to quickly learn new software functions and features for supporting legal processes.</li> <li>Experience with database management preferred.</li> <li>Excellent comprehension skills.</li> <li>Ability to review and proof legal documents.</li> <li>Superior organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal/ communication skills including strong writing skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with standard business or legal communication.</li> <li>Demonstrated positive attitude with good judgment.</li> <li>Ability to efficiently perform standard office and administrative functions.</li> <li>Trustworthy and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information and topics.</li> </ul> \nCompensation: $36.20 - $46.73 hourly Additional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:   Job duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
