In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of prospecting and supporting deals for our SaaS offerings while generating revenue through pipeline development and fostering relationships. You will analyze customer needs to uncover business challenges and play a key role in strengthening client pipelines for our team of Account Executives. We build key relationships, think strategically about the issues clients and prospects are facing and generate the momentum needed to deliver quality intelligence that will help our clients “win.” Our aim is to drive sustainable growth across our entire portfolio of business in close partnership with Commercial division teammates.\n What You'll Be Working On:<ul> <li>Working in a close-knit team to develop and execute a lead generation plan that meets or exceeds quota targets, generating new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads</li> <li>Cultivating pipeline by acting on field marketing leads, conducting strategic outbound campaigns, nurturing early-stage opportunities and gaining interest through outbound cold calling</li> <li>Partnering closely with Account Executives to move qualified prospects through the sales cycle, discover business initiatives and advocate for clients internally</li> <li>Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to prioritize efforts, refine selling strategies and share results to plan next steps</li> <li>Identifying key decision-makers within new accounts and aligning with the internal account team</li> <li>Managing a high volume of inbound leads with a strategic approach to prioritization</li> <li>Participating in onboarding, training sessions, team meetings and professional development classes to continuously build your skills</li> <li>Exceeding weekly and monthly goals for meetings, pipeline development and overall activity while capturing accurate information in sales tools</li> <li>Continuously improving your skills through critical thinking and coaching from mentors</li> <li>Perform such other tasks and duties as may be required or assigned from time to time in the Company’s discretion</li> </ul> About You and What You've Done:<ul> <li>Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Business or similar is preferred</li> <li>Excellent academic record</li> <li>Prior sales or marketing internship experience</li> <li>Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional or extracurricular setting</li> <li>Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed goals</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic professional environment</li> <li>Experience in prospecting, account planning and cold calling both new and existing accounts is preferred</li> <li>Ability to anticipate and prepare for objections, with exemplary problem-solving skills and resourcefulness</li> <li>Long-term interest in a client-facing sales career, with a competitive spirit and a drive for results</li> <li>Coachable and eager to learn, with superior organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Willing to take feedback, learn and grow; an ethos of continuous self-improvement</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div>Note: We view the above section as a guide, not a checklist. This is equivalent to the annual salary of $66,000, assuming 40 hours a week, the expected work schedule of this position.   This role is eligible for additional variable compensation and an equity grant which will be discussed in your initial recruiter conversation.
