Now we shape the future of smart robotics together!</li> <li>We combine world-class research with top-notch engineering and apply it to solve real problems</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:</b><div>Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy &amp; Execution</div> <ul> <li>Develop and execute strategic ABM programs targeting defined high-value accounts in DACH and UKI in collaboration with sales and business development teams.</li> <li>Manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns (including email, digital advertising, content syndication, and direct mail) designed to engage key decision-makers within target accounts.<br>Identify, curate, and personalize content and messaging for specific target accounts based on their industry, pain points, and stage in the buying journey.</li> <li>Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all ABM initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.</li> </ul> <div>Campaign Management &amp; Operations</div> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including awareness, demand generation, and lead qualification programs.&nbsp;</li> <li>HubSpot Ownership: Be the primary owner and expert for ABM campaign setup and execution within HubSpot, including landing page creation, form management, list segmentation, and comprehensive campaign tracking.</li> <li>Nurture Campaign Development: Create and optimize robust lead nurturing campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot to move prospects efficiently through the sales funnel.</li> <li>Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.</li> <li>Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices for deliverability and performance.</li> </ul> <div>Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting</div> <ul> <li>Establish clear metrics and reporting dashboards (within HubSpot and other tools) for all campaigns and ABM programs.</li> <li>Regularly analyze campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI.</li> <li>Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.</li> </ul> <div>Collaboration &amp; Alignment</div> <ul> <li>Work closely with the Content team to brief and acquire necessary campaign assets (e.g., e-books, webinars, case studies).</li> <li>Maintain strong communication and alignment with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handover, feedback loops, and campaign support.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to ensure data integrity and proper tracking of all campaign activities.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>What skills we’d like you to have:</b><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or ABM, preferably in a B2B environment.</li> <li>Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing Hub required; certification is a plus).
