This individual will work closely with the CEO and executive team to maintain financial planning &amp; analysis continuity.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><div> <ul> <li>Own and maintain the FP&amp;A function&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership on financial insights and decision support</li> <li>Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis</li> <li>Build and/or refine reporting dashboards and KPIs</li> <li>Develop or enhance 13-week cash flow modeling (as needed)</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the Controller, including month-end review support</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and SOP development</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Ideal Candidate Profile</b><div> <ul> <li>Proven FP&amp;A leadership experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Prior experience in a<strong> </strong>PE-backed environment strongly preferred</li> <li>Hands-on, self-starter who can operate independently</li> <li>Comfortable in turnaround or restructuring environments</li> <li>Strong NetSuite experience (preferred)</li> <li>Ability to quickly assess, stabilize, and improve financial processes</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$200,000 - $250,000 a year</div>\n<p>#GHJSS #LI-LM1</p>
