The key objective is to improve PingWind’s capture excellence through a disciplined capture approach. This role will lead the corporate capture process to develop a thorough understanding of the opportunity, customer, competition, and required technical solution and coordinate with the team to create winning proposals.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong style="font-size: 11pt;">Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Responsibilities include developing and leading the development and execution of winning strategies for complex and competitive opportunities within the federal market.  The Capture Manager will oversee all assigned capture efforts and drive opportunities through the corporate gate review processes. They will participate in milestone reviews and provide meaningful suggestions for enhancements of our capture strategies.  The Capture Manager will develop thorough capture plans and drive the overall foundation for compelling win strategies, price to win, technical, and management approaches.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong style="font-size: 11pt;">Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Growth-minded individual with a minimum of 10 years’ experience with demonstrated success leading captures.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Familiarity with the Huntsville market and Golden Dome initatives</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Familiarity with DoW agencies and a proven track record of winning DoW work.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience winning large scale programs over $50M in the federal government.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Record of success pursuing multiple award vehicles (GWAC/MAC/BIC) valued greater than $500M.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Demonstrated successes reflecting the ability to grow the business.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Familiarity and experience managing the pipeline and utilizing CRM tools and Capture Plans.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and government personnel and to provide leadership within the workplace.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience with competitive analysis and price to win discussions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience developing account plans and capture plans for new business opportunities</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a technical degree.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong style="font-size: 12pt;">About PingWind</strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">PingWind has extensive experience in the fields of cybersecurity, development, IT infrastructure, supply chain management and other professional services such as system design and continuous improvement.
