You’ll sit at the intersection of IT support, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and cloud infrastructure — ensuring our employees have secure, reliable, and compliant access to internal and cloud systems.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving operational puzzles, and wants to scale access and identity workflows across corporate and cloud systems.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">The role is based out of our New York&nbsp;office. </span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Administer and optimize <b>Okta</b> for SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, and lifecycle policies</li><li>Manage user onboarding/offboarding, permission requests, and group-based access controls</li><li>Support and maintain <b>SAML/OIDC</b> integrations with third-party apps</li><li>Configure and manage <b>Jamf</b> for macOS/iOS device enrollment, compliance, and support</li><li>Assist employees with MDM-related issues and maintain endpoint security posture</li><li>Manage <b>AWS IAM</b> roles, policies, and user/group access — with a strong focus on least privilege</li><li>Configure <b>GCP IAM</b> roles, service accounts, and project-level access</li><li>Support identity federation/integration between Okta and cloud providers (e.g., AWS SSO, GCP Workforce Identity Federation)</li><li>Respond to internal access support tickets in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Document processes and create playbooks for repeatable tasks</li><li>Partner with engineering, security, and HR to improve and automate access provisioning</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Requirements:</b><ul><li>2+ years of experience in IT administration, access management, or support engineering</li><li>Solid hands-on experience with <b>Okta</b> (or similar IDP platforms)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of <b>Jamf</b> or Apple MDM platforms</li><li>Experience managing IAM in <b>AWS and/or GCP</b> (roles, policies, permissions)</li><li>Familiarity with SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a bias for documentation</li><li>Someone who can work with cross functional teams (<b>VERY IMPORTANT</b>)</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Nice to Haves:</b><ul><li>Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks</li><li>Experience with <b>Terraform</b> or infrastructure-as-code for cloud access control</li><li>Awareness of compliance frameworks like <b>SOC 2</b>, <b>ISO 27001</b>, or <b>CIS</b> benchmarks</li><li>Prior experience supporting a fast-growing, cloud-native tech company</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Benefits:</b><ul><li>Competitive salary - $80k-120k (NYC based)</li><li>Gym reimbursement</li><li>Free cellular service on the best network in the US</li><li>Free lunch in NYC office &amp; fully stocked kitchen</li><li>Metrocard reimbursement</li><li>Flexible working hours</li></ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$80,000 - $120,000 a year</div>\n<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Think you’d be a great fit?
