With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.   For more information, visit <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://xsolla.com/" style="font-size: 16px;" class="postings-link">xsolla.com</a>.\n RESPONSIBILITIES<ul> <li>Initiate and lead discussions on technical solutions and architecture.</li> <li>Influence technical decision-making and set standards for sound engineering practices.</li> <li>Lead refactoring and modernization efforts while maintaining delivery timelines.</li> <li>Identify and prioritize technical debt to ensure long-term codebase health.</li> <li>Collaborate with product and engineering leads to balance business goals with technical integrity.</li> <li>Build and deliver end-to-end software solutions in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Take ownership of production issues and define efficient triage and resolution processes.</li> <li>Implement robust test coverage and uphold strong code review standards.</li> <li>Enhance developer experience by improving tools, processes, and workflows.</li> <li>Act as a hands-on technical leader who guides, mentors, and inspires the engineering team.</li> </ul> REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>8+ years of experience in software development.</li><li>2+ years of experience working with Go.</li><li>2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead.</li><li>Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.</li><li>Proficiency with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.</li><li>Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ and/or Kafka).</li><li>Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React and/or <a rel="noopener noreferrer" class="postings-link" href="http://Next.js">Next.js</a>).</li><li>Basic knowledge of cloud computing (Google Cloud Platform preferred).</li></ul> NICE TO HAVE<ul><li>Experience building scalable, secure Login-as-a-Service platforms.</li><li>Deep understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and session/token management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social login, SSO, and federated identity.</li><li>Experience designing multi-tenant identity systems with isolation and configurability.</li><li>Experience delivering developer-friendly APIs, SDKs, and integration documentation.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills - both technical and non-technical.</li></ul> \nThe duties and responsibilities of this position may evolve over time to support the organization’s goals and individual growth.
