This role reports to the Contract & Billing Management Lead as part of the C&BM team. You will apply your excellent subject matter knowledge to support our ‘major accounts’ client base. Responsible for the coordination of the End-to-End Contract and Billing support in line with Keyloop policies and procedures to ensure both our business partners and clients are operationally supported to deliver the best level of service.  \n Key Duties & Responsibilities <div> <ul> <li>Controls & manages client invoicing and credit management E2E process and procedures for our major accounts’ portfolio</li> <li>Maintains and is responsible for accurate service contract management and contract cancellation according to the Keyloop terms & conditions</li> <li>Performs New customer set-up examination and credit check review</li> <li>Reviews and performs Customer master amendments, customer block - only complex/disputed queries</li> <li>Accountable for managing queried quote validation and related issues resolution in line with defined SLA’s</li> <li>Works with Collections, where applicable, in investigating and resolving customer disputes and issues to improve overall service to our customers and support improved cash flow for Keyloop</li> <li>Supports and actively participates in continual improvement of the contract & billing processes</li> <li>Communicate and collaborate in a professional manner with customers and Keyloop associates at all levels</li> <li>Will confidently escalate potential financial risk to your line manager, documenting required evidence and resolution accordingly.</li> <li>Responsible for producing accurate reports (pre-closing, after closing), in line with MEC timetable for leadership</li> <li>Ensuring all processes are always compliant with internal rules & requirements</li> <li>Manages ad-hoc requests from line manager</li> <li>Live by the Keyloop values in your daily behaviors, communications, and actions</li> </ul> </div> Skills / Knowledge / Experience & Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience of dealing with customers at all levels</li> <li>Competent in MS word, Excel and Outlook</li> <li>A working knowledge of Sales Force, NetSuite, Navision Business Central</li> <li>Ability to manage and prioritize workload</li> <li>Proficient in English & any other European or Asian languages</li> </ul> <div> </div> Key Results Indicators<ul> <li>Team Player </li> <li>Must be reliable, show commitment and collaboration in day to day tasks </li> <li>Constructively communicate and share thoughts in a clear but honest manner, share information openly and willingly </li> <li>Actively collaborate to ensure that team targets are achieved </li> </ul> <div> </div> <ul> <li>Communication </li> <li>Strong communication ability to share knowledge.  Assertive yet able to demonstrate empathy.  Excellent customer care and strong interpersonal skills </li> <li>Able to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations whilst maintaining a professional image working within the office </li> </ul> <div> </div> <ul> <li>Problem Solving </li> <li>Ability to investigate dispute / issues using relevant associates expertise and knowledge </li> <li>Share problems, openly discuss and collaborate with others to find a solution and form an action plan </li> <li>Act appropriately in all situations and taking accountability for those actions </li> </ul> <div> </div> <ul> <li>Adaptability </li> <li>Flexible attitude and able to work as part of a team </li> <li>Proactive and positive approach, working under own initiative and prioritizing and balancing workload </li> <li>Innovation approach to processes </li> </ul> <div> </div> <ul> <li>Professional Manner </li> <li>Always polite with integrity in all day to day dealings with Keyloop associates and customers  </li> </ul> <div> </div> \nWhy join us?
