In this role, you’ll shape product strategy, drive end-to-end execution, and help elevate the usability, quality, and design culture across the company.   You’ll work across cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, advocate for user needs, and contribute to systems and practices that scale across multiple teams and surfaces.\n What You’ll Be Doing<ul> <li>Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch, navigating ambiguity with confidence.</li> <li>Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and product direction.</li> <li>Stay grounded in user problems through discovery work, research, and continuous feedback loops.</li> <li>Translate insights into elegant, usable, and scalable product experiences — across all states and edge cases.</li> <li>Drive usability improvements by testing flows, simplifying interactions, and evolving design patterns.</li> <li>Contribute to and evolve our design system to improve quality, consistency, and velocity across teams.</li> <li>Shape micro-interactions and animations that clarify intent and elevate the experience.</li> <li>Communicate design rationale clearly, aligning teams and stakeholders through storytelling and evidence.</li> <li>Mentor other designers, elevate team quality, and contribute to design culture and critique.</li> </ul> What We’re Looking For<ul> <li>8+ years of experience in product design</li> <li>Extensive experience designing and shipping digital products end to end.</li> <li>A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX, high-quality craft, and strategic impact.</li> <li>Mastery of Figma and component-based workflows across multi-product environments.</li> <li>Strong systems thinking and experience evolving scalable design systems.</li> <li>A deep curiosity for users and a drive to solve real pain points with clarity and care.</li> <li>Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills across cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.</li> <li>A track record of mentoring others and raising the bar for quality and process.</li> </ul> \n<div>$185,000 - $230,000 a year</div>\nJoin us in shaping the future of real estate   The real estate industry is in the midst of a seismic shift, and the future belongs to those who break new ground.
