If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.\n What you will be doing<ul><li>Ensure timely completion of all compliance-related activities in accordance with statutory and regulatory timelines.</li><li>Manage statutory and global audits, including preparation and review of financial statements as per IFRS and IND AS.</li><li>Coordinate with Big-4 auditors (global teams) to ensure timely completion and closure of audits, including resolution of audit queries.</li><li>Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.</li><li>Review, monitor, and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial and compliance risks.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders on audit and compliance matters.</li><li>Prepare cash flow forecasts related to tax payments and share projections with the treasury team.</li><li>Monitor changes in accounting standards, statutory regulations, and corporate policies, and assess their impact on financial reporting.</li><li>Support management with financial analysis, audit findings, and recommendations for process improvements.</li><li>Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective action plans.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and ensure governance standards are met.</li><li>Maintain documentation and records to support audits, compliance reviews, and internal controls.</li><li>Should have prior experience of handling global teams and clients.</li></ul> What you will need for this role<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in a related field or position, preferably with a Big 4 firm</li><li>Being a Chartered Accountant</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English both in verbal and written</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft tools (advanced excel)</li></ul> \n#ALEPH Why Join Us?   Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
