This team owns the end-to-end experience for how businesses manage their pipelines and close deals.   We build: ->Kanban boards and list views ->Deal detail pages, timelines, and activity logs ->Custom filters, sorting, and pipeline configurations ->Dashboards, charts, KPIs, conversion funnels, and insights   This surface directly influences how businesses track revenue and manage sales momentum.   About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and build world-class CRM experiences for pipelines, deals, and opportunity analytics. You’ll work at the intersection of complex state management, high-performance UI, real-time updates, and product design. This role is ideal for someone who wants to craft smooth, intuitive, data-rich interfaces used at massive scale.\n Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Implement fast, interactive Kanban boards with smooth drag-and-drop.</li> <li>Build deal detail views, timelines, logs, and complex state-driven interfaces.</li> <li>Create dashboards and analytics UIs with charts, KPIs, and real-time insights.</li> <li>Architect shared UI components and frontend patterns for the CRM platform.</li> <li>Build scalable state management solutions (Pinia/Vuex/Redux/Zustand).</li> <li>Implement virtualisation, batching, and other performance-optimisation techniques.</li> <li>Work with REST endpoints, real-time streams, and event-driven state updates.</li> <li>Build resilient UI flows with strong handling of loading, error, and edge states.</li> <li>Ensure correctness of pipeline and deal data across every interaction</li> <li>Participate in design and architecture reviews, RFCs, and long-term UI planning</li> <li>Collaborate deeply with Design and Product to shape intuitive, elegant interactions</li> <li>Mentor engineers on frontend patterns, state architecture, and performance tuning</li> <li>Own the reliability, latency, and overall quality of all Opportunities UI surfaces</li> </ul> Requirements:<ul> <li>4+ years of frontend engineering experience building large, complex applications</li> <li>Strong expertise in Vue, React, or similar frameworks (Vue 3 + Composition API preferred)</li> <li>Experience with state management (Pinia, Vuex, Redux, Zustand)</li> <li>Proven track record building dashboards, charting interfaces, analytics views, or data-heavy UIs</li> <li>Proficiency with charting libraries (Chart.js, Recharts, ECharts, D3)</li> <li>Strong performance-focused engineering skills like Virtual lists, Memoization, Rendering optimization & Batching/debouncing</li> <li>Experience with real-time event streams, live data models, and WebSockets</li> <li>Comfort with UI modeling concepts and handling large datasets on the frontend</li> <li>Familiarity with design systems, reusable component patterns, and consistent UX principles</li> <li>Excellent communication—able to turn complexity into clarity</li> </ul> \nEEO Statement: The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
