You thrive when refining and optimizing marketing workflows, coordinating webinars and marketing communities, managing schedules and automations, building compelling presentation decks, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. You are driven to become a true product expert on the HighLevel platform and can translate that expertise into impactful marketing programs. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and brings both structured execution and emerging strategic thinking to their work. What You’ll Be Doing Content Creation Operations <ul> <li>Manage logistical tracking and coordination to ensure Content Army creators receive timely assignments</li> <li>Oversee payment coordination and track performance metrics</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency</li> </ul> Event & Webinar Coordination <ul> <li>Coordinate Product Marketing events including Town Halls, webinars, and partner sessions</li> <li>Manage end-to-end event logistics including scheduling, presenter coordination, and follow-ups</li> </ul> Campaign & Project Management <ul> <li>Manage execution of marketing campaigns including events, drip campaigns, and landing pages</li> <li>Build and maintain marketing automations and workflows within HighLevel</li> <li>Manage project timelines, dependencies, and multiple initiatives simultaneously</li> </ul> Presentations & Enablement <ul> <li>Build high-quality, on-brand presentation decks</li> <li>Develop and maintain product marketing collateral such as one-pagers, blogs, and comparison docs</li> </ul> Product Expertise & In-App Marketing <ul> <li>Develop strong working knowledge of the HighLevel platform</li> <li>Build in-app marketing experiences (Pendo) to drive adoption and engagement</li> <li>Act as a reliable product knowledge resource for internal teams</li> </ul>   What You’ll Bring <ul> <li>Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with ability to independently execute</li> <li>Ability to think from a customer perspective</li> <li>Strong project management capabilities</li> <li>Clear and effective communication skills</li> <li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with moderate ambiguity</li> </ul> Experience/Education/Certifications Required <ul> <li>Up to 2 years of experience using HighLevel products/services</li> <li>Up to 2 years of marketing experience</li> <li>1  year of project management experience</li> <li>Experience with tools like ClickUp, Asana, HubSpot, Pendo, GA4, etc.</li> </ul> Competencies <ul> <li>Written Communication Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs.</li> <li>Customer Obsessed Responds to customer needs; seeks feedback; supports service excellence.</li> <li>Professionalism Demonstrates accountability, respect, and composure under pressure.</li> <li>Bias for Action Takes initiative, supports team goals, and collaborates effectively.</li> <li>Dependability Follows instructions, meets deadlines, and communicates proactively.</li> </ul> \n \n Equal Employment Opportunity Information The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
