About This Position   We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Construction Team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Director of Construction Project Management and will assist cross-functional partners in Development, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Operations. The successful candidate must be an experienced multi-tasker with the ability to work on multiple (2-3) large-scale projects simultaneously. Our ideal candidate is team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a deadline-driven environment and has experience managing wind projects exceeding 300 MW in capacity.   What You’ll Do   <ul style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding-inline-start: 24px;"> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;"> Weekly and monthly budget review and reporting including: forecast cash flows, invoice review, lien waiver review, actuals, accruals, forecasts </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;"> Review and monitor schedules from different parties and ensure they are fully aligned </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;"> Track owner, contractor, and 3rd party deliverables in the EPC contracts and land contracts. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;"> Read and understand construction contracts </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;"> Manage consultant agreements and deliverables </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;"> Attend meetings with contractors, utilities, grid operators </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;"> Manage Owner Site Team of 8+ consultant personnel </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
