About This Role We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join our operations team. This individual will be the architect of our operational strategy as we scale to support mission-critical data center infrastructure. The Head of Operations is responsible for the total performance, reliability, and safety of a diverse power generation portfolio—including Wind, Solar, BESS, and Gas Engines. This role is unique in its breadth: you will lead the transition from a purely third-party O&M model to a sophisticated hybrid of insourced maintenance and outsourced services, while simultaneously overseeing the development and launch of our centralized Intersect Operations Center (IOC). You will ensure our assets provide the 24/7 reliability required by our data center partners, maintaining the highest standards of technical discipline and safety. Reporting to the Head of Operations and Maintenance, you will lead an expanding, high-performance organization and manage a complex ecosystem of Campus Managers, Technology Specific Site Managers, Field Technicians, and Remote Operations personnel.   Team Overview The Operations Department is the heartbeat of our portfolio, ensuring that our clean energy and firming assets operate with industrial-grade precision.
