This is your chance to design at the edge of innovation and autonomy, making a real-world impact.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>What You'll Do</b><ul> <li>Lead vehicle systems layout configuration.</li> <li>Design, analyze and procure all secondary support structure on vehicle.</li> <li>Create and manage the product structure.</li> <li>Drive iterative subsystem design discussions with key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive final product.</li> <li>Manage physical and electrical interfaces across stakeholder teams.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Required Qualifications</b><ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering</li> <li>Knowledge of aircraft systems (e.g., avionics, flight controls, hydraulics, electrical power distribution, environmental control systems, propulsion).</li> <li>Strong CAD skills (NX preferred) with integration experience</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><ul> <li>Clean Sheet Design to first flight experience</li> <li>Experience with UAVs, aircraft, or robotic systems&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience leading technical integration efforts and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.</li> <li>Materials selection inclusive of alloys, heat treatments, allowables, and finishes&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands-on machine shop or mechanic experience (professional or hobby)&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$114,000 - $160,000 a year</div>\n<p>#LI-SM1</p>
