This role owns the development of reliability frameworks, drives subsystem-level test strategies, and ensures that design decisions are grounded in mission-driven reliability requirements.\n What You Will Do:<div>You will work cross-functionally with design, test, and systems engineering teams to translate vehicle-level reliability targets into actionable requirements, analyses, and validation plans.</div> Required Qualifications:<div>- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field - Experience developing reliability programs from early design through flight test - 7+ years of experience in reliability engineering for aerospace or complex systems - Experience with FMECA, FTA, and reliability prediction methods - Strong understanding of aircraft systems and subsystem interactions - Experience supporting hardware development, integration, and testing</div> Preferred Qualifications:<div>- Familiarity with standards such as MIL-STD-1629 & MIL-STD-810 - Background in probabilistic risk assessment and uncertainty quantification - Hands-on experience with aircraft testing (ground and/or flight test) - Strong systems engineering mindset with ability to work across disciplines</div> \n<div>$141,000 - $212,000 a year</div>\n #LI-SM1 #LD Full-time regular employee offer package: Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity Temporary employee offer package: Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment) Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
