Our Legal team is a team of attentive professionals who deal with a variety of issues, including privacy, intellectual property, employment, compliance, mergers, and acquisitions. As legal business partners, we ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization.\n Main Responsibilities<ul> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including: <ul> <li>Sales and distribution agreements</li> <li>Marketing and advertising agreements</li> <li>Supplier and procurement contracts</li> <li>Online tools, software, and IT systems agreements (SaaS, data processing, service level agreements, etc.)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support the procurement lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and process documentation</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to drive process improvements, develop contract templates, and implement best practices</li> <li>Advise internal teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies</li> <li>Provide risk-balanced legal guidance to support strategic decision-making</li> <li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and applicable international legal and regulatory frameworks.</li> </ul> Core Requirements<ul> <li>Master’s degree in law</li> <li>2+ years of experience in commercial/contract law, ideally including both law firm and in-house roles</li> <li>Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements in an international environment</li> <li>Solid understanding of digital/IT contracting, data protection considerations, and procurement processes</li> <li>Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and ability to balance legal risk with commercial priorities</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, multicultural environment</li> <li>Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).</li> </ul> Salary Range<ul> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Gross Salary 2200 - 5200 EUR/Month.</li> </ul> \nWhat We Offer Innovate with industry leadersWork alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world.
