This role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure and security services across multiple countries and regions. \n Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives across all international offices.</li> <li>Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals located in various countries, ensuring cohesion and effective collaboration.</li> <li>Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and telecommunications systems.</li> <li>Operational Efficiency: Streamline IT support processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.</li> <li>Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with global IT security policies, standards, and regulations. Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.</li> <li>Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.</li> <li>Budget Oversight: Develop and manage IT budgets for international operations, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.</li> <li>Risk Management: Identify and mitigate IT risks, including data breaches, system failures, and business continuity planning.</li> <li>Provide Tier 3/4 support for infrastructure and security-related incidents and escalations.</li> <li>Documentation: Maintain IT infrastructure and support process documentation and diagrams.</li> </ul> Skills and Qualifications:<div> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven experience (5+ years) in managing IT operations in a global or multinational environment.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage geographically dispersed teams.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure & support, cybersecurity best practices, and emerging technologies.</li> <li>Proven experience with: <ul style="list-style-type: circle;"> <li>IAM: Okta SSO/MFA, Okta Workflows & Policies, Entra ID/Azure</li> <li>Servers & OS: Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, or CentOS).</li> <li>Virtualization & Cloud: VMware, AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li> <li>Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VPN, firewalls.</li> <li>Storage & Backup: SAN/NAS, replication, disaster recovery tools.</li> </ul> </li> <li>High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure technologies, operating system and application migrations, monitoring systems, orchestration and automation, and security technologies.</li> <li>High proficiency using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Certification in ITIL, PMP, or relevant certifications is a plus.</li> </ul> </div> Personal Attributes:<ul> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.</li> <li>Strong documentation and reporting skills.</li> <li>Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative and high-performance environment.</li> </ul> \nThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
