This role offers hands-on experience with loyalty programs, branded content, and data-driven engagement strategies that help deepen customer relationships and drive long-term value.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Support day-to-day Beauty Squad operations, including member communications, reward campaign setup, QA, and post-campaign analysis</li><li>Analyze loyalty data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across badges, challenges, and games</li><li>Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to recommend enhancements related to gamification and community engagement</li><li>Assist in managing branded content designed to collect zero-party and first-party data to personalize the customer journey and build robust customer profiles</li><li>Support the creation and maintenance of branded content such as quizzes, surveys, and lead-capture experiences</li><li>Contribute to reporting and insights to help inform ongoing loyalty and CRM strategy</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Requirements:</b><ul><li>Must be available for the full internship period: <b>June 1st - August 21st</b></li><li>Must be a rising <b>junior or senior </b>at the time of the internship</li><li>Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Interest in loyalty, CRM, marketing, or consumer brands</li><li>Passion for beauty and skincare</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Business Rationale:</b><ul><li>This summer, the Loyalty &amp; CRM intern will support Beauty Squad initiatives with a primary focus on gamification and community engagement.
