The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard performance testing tools and a strong understanding of system architecture, monitoring, and troubleshooting.</p><p><br></p><p><u><b>Key Responsibilities-</b></u></p><p>-Develop comprehensive performance test strategies and plans aligned with system requirements, project timelines, and business goals. </p><p>-Understand application architecture and identify critical business transactions for performance validation. </p><p>-Design realistic workload models to simulate real-world usage scenarios. </p><p>-Create, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar. </p><p>-Conduct baseline, load, stress, and scalability testing to evaluate system behavior under different conditions. </p><p>-Monitor system performance using tools like InfluxDB, Grafana, JVM monitoring tools, and MAT (Memory Analyzer Tool). </p><p>-Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and system limitations. </p><p>-Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. </p><p>-Assess system scalability and recommend optimizations to improve performance and reliability. </p><p>-Generate detailed performance test reports, including metrics, findings, and actionable recommendations. </p><p>-Work with stakeholders to gather and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), SLAs, and KPIs. </p><p>-Perform API and service-level testing using tools like Postman and SOAP UI, including WebSocket testing. </p><p>-Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and business stakeholders. </p><p><br></p><p><u><b>Performance Testing Lifecycle Responsibilities-</b></u></p><p>-3+ years of understanding system architecture and components </p><p>-Identify critical user journeys and transactions </p><p>-Design workload models and test scenarios </p><p>-Prepare and validate test scripts </p><p>-Execute baseline tests </p><p>-Perform load, stress, and endurance testing </p><p>-Monitor application and infrastructure performance </p><p>-Analyze results and provide recommendations </p><p><br></p><p><u><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications-</b></u></p><p>-3+ years of strong experience in performance testing and engineering </p><p>-Proficiency in tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or equivalent </p><p>-Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, InfluxDB, JVM tools, and MAT </p><p>-Knowledge of API testing (Postman/SOAP UI) and WebSocket testing </p><p>-Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability, and distributed systems </p><p>-Experience in analyzing performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks </p><p>-Familiarity with NFRs, SLAs, and KPIs </p><p>-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills </p><p>-Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams </p><p><br></p><p><br></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><p></p>\n
