The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CVM platforms, with strong understanding of campaign orchestration, analytics-driven decisioning, segmentation, and multi-channel engagement systems.</span></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 16px;">Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">1. Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Own the product vision and roadmap for Telecom CVM, Campaign Management, Loyalty, and Personalization platforms.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Translate business objectives into product features with clear prioritization.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Benchmark industry CVM trends, competitor platforms, and </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> advanced analytics capabilities.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">2. Stakeholder &amp; Client Management</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Act as product SME in discussions with telecom operators (CXO, </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> Marketing, CVM, Digital, IT teams).</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Convert operator business cases into product requirements, </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> workflows, and functional specs.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Lead product demos, requirement workshops, and solution </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> walkthroughs.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">4. Data, Analytics &amp; Performance</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Understand Telco data models (CDR, usage, subscriber profile, </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> recharge, pack data, network KPIs).</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Work with analytics teams to build predictive models (churn, ARPU </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> uplift, cross-sell/upsell).</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Monitor campaign performance and optimize through iterative </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> improvements.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">5. Delivery &amp; Execution</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Create detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Drive agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of releases.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">-Coordinate with QA for UAT, performance validation, and production </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> rollout.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">6.
