develop corrective action plans as needed</li> <li>Attend all clinician and site management meetings</li> <li>Analyze clinical and operational reports to improve service delivery</li> <li>Maintain current knowledge and adherence of PPFA and PPLM protocols and support any updates</li> <li>Provide clinical coverage outside of regular hours as needed</li> <li>Other tasks and responsibilities as needed</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Qualifications:</b><ul> <li>Master's or Doctorate degree and current Massachusetts licensure as NP, CNM, or PA; CPR certified</li> <li>3 years of management experience preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Brazilian Portuguese is highly preferred</li> <li>A strong commitment to providing the full range of sexual and reproductive health care is essential;
