You will troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across browsers, WebViews, and customer environments; enable seamless integrations; and partner with both internal and external engineering teams to ensure high-quality deployments.If you enjoy diving deep into the “why” behind system behavior and have a passion for making complex things simple, this role is for you. What You’ll DoLead Web SDK integrations for global enterprise customers, primarily in the banking and financial sectors.Investigate and resolve advanced web issues including CORS, cookies, storage, CSP, CDN failures, ad blockers, redirects, caching, and hybrid/WebView behaviors.Support Solution Engineers, R&D, and BioCatch customers, by providing high-level technical expertise, root cause analysis, guidance on complex edge cases, and ensure successful deploymentsManage SDK configurations and version upgrades, including bootstrapping, NPM delivery, session continuity, and environment tuning.Create and maintain technical guides, best practices, and internal training to empower SE teams across regions.Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, and optimized across browsers, devices, and customer environments. About YouCurious, analytical, and naturally driven to understand how systems behave under the hood. You excel at context switching, thrive in complex environments, and enjoy working at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success.\n Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development (ES6+, DOM APIs, async patterns).</li><li>Strong experience with React, <a rel="noopener noreferrer" class="postings-link" href="http://Next.js">Next.js</a>, and production-grade web applications.</li><li>Deep understanding of browser fundamentals, including Chrome/Safari/Firefox differences, WebView nuances, event loops, and rendering behavior.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of network mechanics - headers, cookies, CORS, CSP, redirects, caching layers.</li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered web issues end-to-end.</li><li>Strong communication skills, especially in enterprise-facing environments.</li><li>Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.</li><li>Experience working in a global, cross‑time‑zone environment.</li><li>Independent, resourceful, and comfortable owning high-impact technical investigations.</li></ul><div>Optional but Advantageous</div><ul><li>Experience integrating or supporting SDKs, libraries, or SaaS platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with mobile WebView behavior (iOS/Android, hybrid apps).</li><li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering groups.</li><li>Understanding of data collection patterns or instrumentation frameworks.</li></ul><div> </div><ul><li>If you’re excited by deep technical challenges, love decoding browser behavior, and want to impact the world’s largest financial institutions, we’d love to meet you.</li></ul> \n
